Refund Policy

The Baja California Sur tourism tax is non-refundable once paid to the state, in accordance with Article 129bis of the BCS finance law.

A refund of our online service fee (excluding the state tax itself) may be granted if:

• The payment failed on our side and no official receipt was issued.
• You paid twice for the same trip and traveler.

Refunds are not granted for changed travel plans, entry refusals, or incorrect traveler information submitted by you.
