Baja California Sur Tourist Tax

Since June 2025, all foreign visitors aged 15 and over who stay more than 24 hours in Baja California Sur — including Los Cabos, La Paz, Loreto and Todos Santos — must pay a tourism tax of 470 MXN (~$25–26 USD) per person. It is a one-time, per-trip charge under Article 129bis of the state finance law and applies however you arrive: by air, cruise or road.
