1. Service

This website provides an independent online assistance service for paying the mandatory Baja California Sur tourism tax. We are not affiliated with the Government of Mexico or the State of Baja California Sur.

2. Fees

The tourism tax itself is 470 MXN per traveler as set by BCS state law. A small service fee may be added at checkout for the online payment assistance; the total is always displayed before you confirm payment.

3. Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you submit (name, passport number, arrival date). Incorrect information may result in rejection at the airport and cannot be refunded.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Once the tax has been paid to the state, it cannot be refunded.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
